Estate Cleanouts: common questions

Do we need to be in town for the cleanout?
No. Many families hand us a key. Tell us what to look for and we'll set those items aside for you, along with photos, documents, jewelry, cash and keepsakes.
What happens to the furniture and belongings no one wants?
Nothing leaves without a plan. We sort into keep, donate, recycle and haul, then remove and dispose of the rest.
Can you get the house ready to sell?
Yes. Once it's cleared we deep clean every room, including kitchens, bathrooms and floors, so it's ready for the next step.
Are payment plans available?
Yes. Payment and financing options include Affirm, Afterpay and Klarna, subject to eligibility, and there's no minimum project size set by us. Ask when you call or text and we'll walk you through the options for your project.
