Privacy Policy
At Brand New Again Extreme Clean, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy outlines how we handle your personal information with respect and confidentiality during our cleaning and restoration work.
1. Information we collect
We collect information necessary to provide our services, including contact details (name, phone number, email), property information, and any photos you choose to send us.
2. How we use your information
Your information is used solely to coordinate cleanouts, ensure safety, and communicate with you about your service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Property and belongings
While performing hoarding cleanups and cleanouts, we treat all personal belongings with dignity. Any sensitive items or documents found are set aside for your review. We follow disposal requirements for hazardous materials as required by law.
4. Confidentiality
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. We keep the condition of your property and the services we provide confidential, and we don't discuss your job with neighbors or anyone but you.
5. “See it cleaned” AI preview
If you use the See it cleaned tool, the photo you upload is sent to ProForged, the company that runs our website, and processed by Google's Gemini API, an AI service, only to create the preview image. Neither we nor ProForged store your photo or the preview, and we never publish them. Google may keep the data for a short time as its API terms allow (for example, to detect abuse). If you choose to send us your photo for a quote, we keep it like any other photo you send us. To help stop automated abuse, a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address and basic browser signals are checked; your actual IP address isn't stored.
Please don't upload photos that show people, or mail and other personal documents.
6. Contact us
