02What we stand for
Our values
Compassion
Every home has a story. We treat yours, and you, with patience and respect.
Discretion
We don't discuss the job with neighbors or anyone but you, and we schedule around what works for you.
No judgment
We've seen homes at every level. Our job is to help, never to make anyone feel worse.
03A letter to you
A Letter to the Person Reading This
If you’re here, there’s a good chance you’re carrying more than clutter.
Maybe life became overwhelming.
Maybe you’ve been caring for someone else and forgot to take care of yourself.
Maybe you’re navigating depression, grief, health challenges, a major life transition, or years of accumulated belongings.
Or maybe you’re simply exhausted and don’t know where to begin.
Whatever brought you here, we want you to know one thing:
You are not alone.
Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of helping people through many different chapters of life. Every home has a story, and every story is different. The transformations you’re about to see aren’t just before-and-after photos—they’re reminders that fresh starts are possible.
We hope that as you read these stories, you see something even more important than clean homes.
We hope you see hope.
We hope you see possibility.
Most of all, we hope you see that whatever you’re facing, you don’t have to face it alone.
No judgment. Just help.
— Nicole, Scerena, and the Brand New Again Extreme Clean Team
